I had a complicated job that involved three different pick ups from different towns which also had to fit in with the specific timing of one family. It was arranged on one of the worst days of the year for driving - heavy snow. At the final drop off - due to the timing of one family it was dark on arrival at a house with no electricity! Right from the start of the experience, Natalie who managed the arrangements was excellent reassuring me that it would well - she was right! She was polite and incredibly helpful. The two drivers (Louis I think one was) were outstanding. At each venue we could not believe the speed at which they worked, they were polite and courteous and incredibly efficient. My daughter had recommended the company to me and I can see why. I do not normally make an effort to give feedback but it felt such outstanding service for such a reasonable price.
