I had a complicated job that involved three different pick ups from different towns which also had to fit in with the specific timing of one family. It was arranged on one of the worst days of the year for driving - heavy snow. At the final drop off - due to the timing of one family it was dark on arrival at a house with no electricity! Right from the start of the experience, Natalie who managed the arrangements was excellent reassuring me that it would well - she was right! She was polite and incredibly helpful. The two drivers (Louis I think one was) were outstanding. At each venue we could not believe the speed at which they worked, they were polite and courteous and incredibly efficient. My daughter had recommended the company to me and I can see why. I do not normally make an effort to give feedback but it felt such outstanding service for such a reasonable price.

The WeCare team were excellent from start to finish - they managed the transition seamlessly, taking extra care of all furniture & never impacting the finish on floors or walls. (essential when you've freshly painted!). We hadn't had time to pack everything into boxes, but they happily moved bags & multiple smaller items, even when they weren't boxed up. I would recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free move - the best money we've ever spent for peace of mind!

As promised. Quick, friendly and efficient and delivered at quoted price. Wasn't originally the cheapest quote I received but some other removal companies hadn't read the job properly and then came back with much more expensive quotes after asking questions that I'd already included in the job. These guys read the job and did a great job for a reasonable price
