Yes. You can access your goods whilst in storage, whenever you want , but requires an appointment and advanced notice. Also it is subject to our availability and subject to a small charge.
Our professional removal team will be moving your goods. In case there's a need of any plumbing, electrical or drilling work, please ensure that this is being handled by other professionals before our WeCare Team arrives on pack and move day.
If you move house - Any wall mounted TVs should be taken down from walls, light fitting removed, freezers defrosted, washing machines unplumbed and curtains unhooked. Ask your removals company about any extra service you may require as some of them may provide such kind of services.
If you move your bussines - All phone systems must be decomissioned and all electric goods must be unplugged. The digital screens and white boards should be taken off the walls in advance of the moving date.

It is really up to your discretion. All the professional packing & moving service is overseen by a moving manager allocated to your removal so you don't have to be present during the move.
In case you have any special instructions or requirements of certain rooms or furniture items, you can instruct our moving manager in advance.
At your desire - we can lock your house or storage room and send the keys by post after the move is done or we can store them until you're back from holiday.
Moving During the Week or During the Weekend ?
Perhaps this may be the most important question when you move house.
If we're talking only moneywise , the difference between moving during the week or on a weekend is that moving during the week will cost you less money .
WeCare Removals regularly offer moving services on Saturdays at no extra cost. Sunday bookings are by request only and of course it is subject to availability and to an extra charge.
Unfortunately yes. Our Quotation does not cover any delays in getting the key to your new property or any waiting time caused by any third party involved.
We will give you up to 1 hour waiting free of charge but after that we're obliged, due to our Terms and Conditions,to charge £50.00 + VAT per each hour.
Please take time and refer to our terms and conditions for Postponement and Cancellation fees.
If you book a removals company and unfortunately your sale falls through then as more notice you give the lower the cancellation fee will be. If it is more than 7 days notice before the moving date you won't be charged for any cancellation or postponement .
For notice given less than 7 days prior to your move a cancelation or postponement fee between 20% - 100% from the overall price will be charged.
The deposit paid is to secure your house move or office move date even if it's a potential date and of course to ensure it is booked in. Many customers moving house or office are not 100% sure about the potential moving date, that they have in mind or were given by their solicitors or estate agents.
The deposit paid (usually no more than 30% from the overall amount) is used a type of insurance for the moving company to protect themselves from short notice cancellations or change of dates, costing the company money in lost time.
A good idea is to book your remover when you have exchanged.
Your moving deposit can be fully refunded only if you decide to cancel your booking or to change your moving date within the time frame provided by your chosen moving company. This is usually between 7 to 14 days prior to your move date.

Container storage - All your possesions are securely loaded into Steel or wooden containers tha have the same shape and size. All containers are stored inside our warehouse , within our yard. They are being stacked using a container handler or a forklift truck. You can access your container(s) by appointment only and with adequate advanced notice. It is subject to availability and subject to a small charge.

We have 20ft Storage Containers in almost each city we're covering.
Our storage containers have 150sq.ft and 7.9ft. height (a total of 1190 cubic feet or 33 cubic meters of loading space).
Interior size is - 19' 3'' (Lenght) x 7'8'' (Width) x 7'9'' (Height).
All our storage containers are Secure & Watertight and they're subject to availability and can be accesed by customers by appointment only and may be subject to a charge.
Most of our customers ask themselves - What do I do with packaging materials after the move , how do I recycle my packaging materials or how to get rid of moving boxes ?
So, if you have booked a full packing service which includes unpacking as well then no need to worry about as we'll remove all used boxes and all debris when the job will be finished. If you did not ask for unpacking service to be included in the quotation then unfortunately we do not collect all packing materials that were used for your house move. Please ask your agent at WeCare Removals to include unpacking service and to save your day.
We may be able to collect the used boxes and other packing materials if they are in a re-useable condition and if we are in the area. It may be subject to availability and an extra charge may occur.

Yes, you're responsible for the cost of parking of the removal vehicles and for good access at both properties. This information will be provided before your moving day as well as the aproximate cost to park the vehicle(s).
In case if a parking ticket is received due to any restrictions at one of your properties , the ticket cost will be invoiced to you.
You shall contact your move manager if you need to make some updates to your move plan. They'll advise and assist you with your enquiry in regards with any changes or updates to the list of items being moved .
